Very high treated yield, especially in the North. Has long straw of moderate strength, requiring careful management. High untreated yield. Good resistance to Rhynchosporium and net blotch and moderately good resistance to mildew. Early maturing. Resistant to the common strains of barley mosaic viruses (BaYMV strain 1 and BaMMV).
