The dunnhumby Academy of Consumer Research is a joint venture between Kent Business School and dunnhumby that provides farmers and Farmer Controlled Businesses (FCBs) with access to consumer insight generated by the leading market research consultancy, dunnhumby. The dunnhumby Academy provides insight into the purchasing behaviour of 12 million UK consumers.

The Food Chain Centre works to improve the competitiveness and profitability of farming and supports the profitability of British Food Producers.

Multiple customer data sources are identified, connected and analysed to gain and maintain a continuous understanding of changing consumer behaviour.

Kent Business School

A faculty of the University of Kent located in Canterbury, Kent Business School is one of the founding partners of the dunnhumby Academy of Consumer Research. PhD students at Kent Business School are sponsored by organisations representative of different commodity sectors, including HGCA, and regions.

HGCA Enterprise Awards

HGCA Enterprise Awards is a grant scheme which supports innovation with grain by providing funding of up to £50,000 on a match-funded basis.  Funding can be used to support the final stages of product development and marketing activities.
