The GHG Calculator has been designed to provide the basis for a credible calculation of the GHG emissions arising from a batch of UK-derived bioethanol using specified agricultural and conversion processes. The Calculator is also designed to allow farmers and ethanol suppliers to see how changes made in management practices or inputs could affect the overall GHG emissions of the resulting ethanol production.
