Notes on using the HGCA Recommended List tables

For ease of use the HGCA Recommended List tables are presented in two different formats

  1. Colour Adobe pdf format  which is suitable for viewing on screen or for printing on a colour printer. Adobe files control the format well and usually print without running on to extra pages.

  2. Excel format  which is suitable for downloading. Excel files use local settings when printing so, although they have been formatted to print well by HGCA, they may spill over onto multiple pages if printed on another printer without re-formatting.

To view the files you will need a suitable reader these are available to download free. These links will take you to Microsoft and Adobe sites respectively:

Microsoft Excel Viewer. To view spreadsheets and charts in Excel.

Microsoft Word Viewer. To view documents in Word.

Adobe Acrobat Viewer. To view documents in Adobe Portable Document Format (pdf).
