The information is advisory, and neither HGCA, Crop Evaluation Ltd nor any of their staff can be held liable in any way for the consequences arising from the use of the data or from any advice given. Performance variation is not Crop Evaluation or HGCA's responsibility.

The data are provided for the purpose of determining the choice of varieties  for planting and for no other purpose without the written agreement of Crop Evaluation Ltd. The data must not be published without the express written agreement ofCrop Evaluation Ltd except for printing copies for personal use.

While providing funds, HGCA does not conduct the trials and tests or determine the Recommended Lists and shall not in any event be liable for any loss or damage or injury suffered directly or indirectly in relation to the Recommended Lists or any such trials or lists.
