Driven by a tight international supply situation, milling wheat premiums have risen to record highs this season, as reduced production and uncertain domestic feed demand drive the balance sheet. This years HGCA Milling Wheat Conference, in association with nabim, which took place on Thursday 21st February, covered changing economics, crop management, availabilities and new product developments.
