Cereal disease encyclopaedia
This is a web-based tool which matches the printed version. It contains a photo gallery, and lifecycle and identification information on the majority of cereal diseases in the UK.

Fusarium risk assessment tool
This tool provides growers with means of entering their own risk scores for factors associated with the risk of fusarium mycotoxin developing on wheat.  It now includes a calculated score pre-flowering to give a view of the overall risk before application of a T3 fungicide.

Winter wheat Recommended List table (See page 2)
This gives the fusarium resistance scores for the different varieties on the RL tables.

Fusarium mycotoxin incidents and levels
The HGCA and FSA have conducted surveys of fusarium mycotoxins for a number of years and the attached document shows summary results since 2002.  The data will be updated as results become available.
