(A person with good knowledge and experience of the technical characteristics of varieties needed to meet the requirements of millers and bakers. Knowledge of the markets for, and trade in, milling varieties, both in the UK and for export would be of value)

(Grower of cereals and oilseeds from the South or South East (South of The Wash) of England, experienced in growing crops for both quality and feed markets)
