I acknowledge that the data provided in the HGCA harvest results is the intellectual property of Crop Evaluation Ltd and its associates. I understand that the information is advisory, and neither HGCA, Crop Evaluation Ltd nor any of their staff can be held liable in any way for the consequences arising from the use of the data or from any advice given. 

I am, or am an advisor to, an HGCA levy payer. I undertake to use the data for the purpose of determining the availability and choice of varieties for my own or my client's business and for no other purpose without the writing agreement of Crop Evaluation Ltd. I will not publish the data in any form, except for printing copies for my personal use, without the express written agreement of Crop Evaluation Ltd.
