HGCA has an extensive range of free educational resources exploring the grain chain from field to plate. These resources are full of fun games and activities, which have been especially developed for children from primary through to secondary school (key stage 1-4). We also support university students through undergraduate bursaries and PhD studentships.

    UK wheat successfully used to bake international breads - The quality of UK wheat impressed international millers attending this year's HGCA Bread Baking Workshop. Potential customers from Spain, Portugal, Poland, Morocco, Egypt and Tunisia all successfully baked their national breads using UK wheat.
