Weakening grain prices but soyabeans continue to extend gains

New crop UK Liffe wheat futures (Nov-13) are trading at £179/t today; at yesterday’s close prices were £179.35/t, which was the lowest level for the contract since October 2012. Old crop futures (May-13) remain unchanged from yesterday’s close at £185.25/t. CBOT wheat (July-13) is also trading lower today at $250.93/t from $252.68/t on Thursday.
