Planning to sell for export

Growers within reasonable reach of a port or exporter may consider selling their grain for export.

Growing wheat for export

Overseas buyers have different requirements to domestic buyers. HGCA has developed the uks (soft biscuit wheat) and ukp (bread wheat) categories so overseas buyers who are unfamiliar with UK varieties can instantly understand what qualities the grain possesses.
